We’ve rolled out our all-new rewards programme, Esse Obsessed Rewards. If you have a problem, read through our frequently asked questions and see if we’ve got it covered. Not here? Get in touch and we’ll gladly assist.
What is Esse Obsessed Rewards?
Esse Obsessed Rewards is our new loyalty programme which kicked off on 1 March 2025. You’ll earn points not just for orders, but for other activities like referring a friend, celebrating your birthday, or reviewing products. You can use them towards future purchases. So, the more you spend – the more you save.
Who can join?
Joining is free – all you need to do is purchase a product from our website and sign up for an account. Everyone who creates an account is automatically enrolled. So, no missing out. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the programme.
How do I earn points?
There are a variety of ways in which you can earn Health Points. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible:
- Earn 1 Health Point for every £1 you spend (applicable to orders placed after 1 March 2025).
- Earn 100 points for each product review you complete. You can only review products purchased through your account and it is limited to 6 reviews. You will only be able to review products purchased after 1 March 2025 from this website.
- Earn 100 points when you refer a friend and they make a purchase through our website.
- Earn 100 points for celebrating your birthday each year. Make sure your birthday is set on your profile.
Points can only be earned for purchases and activities made on the esseskincare.co.uk website.
How do I view my point balance?
Once you’ve logged into your account, your Health Points balance can be viewed on your account dashboard below your Account details.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have enough Health Points to qualify for a reward, log in to your account and proceed to checkout. At the top of the page select ‘Apply Health Points’. There you will be able to specify the number of points you would like to redeem on your order. The discount will be automatically applied to your basket.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No! We love your loyalty and don’t want to limit you.
Do my rewards points expire?
Your point will remain active for 550 days (around 18 months) from the date you earn them, to give you sufficient time to accumulate more points for bigger rewards. If the points are not used within this period, they will expire, but we will be sure to warn you in advance.
What happens if a friend I referred cancels or returns their order?
In this case, any pending points from the referral will be cancelled and removed from your balance.
Why did my account balance go down?
It could be a number of things. Expired points, an order return, cancellation, or a referral returned their order.
Complimentary gifts do not qualify for Health Points and this could be subtracted should the system have added it automatically.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points.
Pending balances can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. Please allow this time, and if no luck, get in touch at info@esseskincare.co.uk.
Do I get my points back if I return my order?
Every item in your order needs to be returned and the whole amount needs to refunded by our customer team for the points to go back into your account. If you cancel your order, you will also get your points back. However, if you only return one of the items in your order, you won’t get your points back.
How are my rewards discounted from my order?
The selected discount is applied against each full price item within your order. This means that if an item from your order is returned for any reason, the amount refunded will be less than the price of the product on the order confirmation. The discount is deducted equally from each product and this is specific to each order. Our customer care team are happy to help with further questions.
How do I leave the programme?
The Esse Obsessed rewards programme is automatically connected to your Esse Skincare account and will continue running while you have an active account. Contact us at info@esseskincare.co.uk to deactivate your account completely if you wish to make no further purchases through our site.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
You’re always welcome back. Just go to my account and register for an account again. Heads up though – your point balance will start from zero.
