AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to Esse Skincare’s Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the Program.

1.2 By applying to become an affiliate of Esse Skincare, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional guidelines provided by Esse Skincare.

 

  1. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 Esse Skincare reserves the right to refuse or revoke affiliate status for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, unethical practices, or violations of intellectual property rights.

 

  1. Enrolment

3.1 To enrol in the Program, you must complete the online application on our website.

3.2 Esse Skincare will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection.

 

  1. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1 As an affiliate, you agree to promote Esse Skincare in a manner that reflects positively on the brand.

4.2 You will be provided with unique affiliate links and marketing materials. You are responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of these materials.

4.3 You will not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices.

 

  1. Commissions

5.1 You will earn commissions on qualifying sales made through your affiliate links.

5.2 Commissions will be paid monthly and will be subject to a minimum payout amount.

5.3 Esse Skincare reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payment terms at its discretion.

 

  1. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice.

6.2 Esse Skincare reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately for any breach of these terms.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

7.1 You acknowledge that all intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrighted material, is owned by Esse Skincare.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Esse Skincare’s logos and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Esse Skincare.

 

  1. Confidentiality

8.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the term of this Agreement.

 

  1. Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.

 

  1. Changes to the Agreement

 

10.1 Esse Skincare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

  1. Miscellaneous

11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

11.2 Any waiver of a breach of this Agreement must be in writing and shall not be a waiver of any subsequent breach.

 

By enrolling in the Esse Skincare Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
